Detectives also believe some pedestrians in the area may have seen or heard the shooting.Labbe said there were at least four cars that drove past.“Two of them had to swerve around the victim,” he added.Relatives said Estrada wasn’t a gang member and worked as a fire alarm technician, installing alarms for the past seven years. They said he liked to have fun and go clubbing. He was a good dancer, would rap with his friends and made sure to bring food and drinks to gatherings.His mother said he was generous.“He was a very good person. People will remember him,” Arreola said.Ramos was his only sibling.“If anybody saw something, call the police and give information to bring this guy into custody,” Ramos said.He believes the shooter has done this before and would likely do it again.“There is no human being who would walk up to somebody and put a bullet in (them),” Ramos said.Estrada will be buried Monday. His fiancee, Claudia Hernandez, described Estrada as lovable, kind and an amazing man who lit up a room when he came in.“He deserves justice. He knew if this happened to anybody else, he would come forward,” Hernandez said.Estrada turned 25 on July 12. He went out with friends on Saturday. His older brother, Luis Ramos, thinks he was just having fun and came over to Montebello with his co-workers.They dropped off a friend who lived in the area, said Detective Ty Labbe of the sheriff’s Homicide Bureau.At about 3:20 a.m., Estrada was walking on the sidewalk in the 1900 block of West Whittier Boulevard.
