Vancouver man wins photo identification contest

first_imgJoe Davis of Vancouver is the winner in The Columbian’s “Where in WA?” photo identification contest for November.Davis was the only entrant to correctly identify the waterfall on Horseshoe Creek, a tributary of Siouxon Creek in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.He won a book entitled “On the Edge of Survival” by author Spike Walker, a Battle Ground native.The prize for December will be another book, “Backpacking Washington” by author Craig Romano of Mount Vernon.
