While the Huskers look to earn their first victory under Scott Frost, the team’s schedule won’t do them any favors.After losing by 46 points to Michigan, Nebraska will face Purdue at home. The Boilermakers are coming off an impressive victory over then-ranked Boston College.With the Cornhuskers struggling on both sides of the football, the Boilermakers will have a golden opportunity to improve their record.In fact, ESPN’s FPI gives Purdue a 63.4 percent chance of defeating Nebraska. From the moment Adrian Martinez went down with a knee injury, Nebraska’s offense hasn’t been the same. Over the last two weeks, they are averaging 14.5 points per game.If David Blough continues his recent production for Purdue, it could be another long weekend for the Cornhuskers.Purdue and Nebraska will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET.The game will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network.
